Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Follow Up With (the "service"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for what people you invite to your team do in it.
• You must give accurate information, and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

What you put in the service

• You own your content: your clients, jobs, notes, messages and the files your clients upload.
• You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending email on your behalf and having our AI assistant draft messages, answer your clients' questions and check files.
• You're responsible for having the right to send your clients the requests and emails you send through the service, and for complying with the laws that apply to your communications.

The AI assistant

The assistant writes drafts and checks files automatically. It can make mistakes. Messages wait for your approval unless you turn on automatic sending, and you're responsible for what's sent from your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send spam or unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages, to upload malware, or to try to access other customers' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• New teams get a free trial. After it, you need a paid plan to keep adding work and sending email. If you don't choose one, your account becomes read-only; we don't delete your data because a trial ended.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are handled by Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may end accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its data is removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law.
