Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days with everything included, up to 5 people and no card needed. Pick a plan before it ends to keep going without a break.
What happens if my trial ends and I haven't picked a plan?
Your account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, you can still see everything, and your clients can still reply and upload. You just can't add work or send email until you choose a plan.
What counts as an "active job"?
Any job that still has something open, or has nothing on it yet. Once everything on a job is done it stops counting, so you can work through as many jobs as you like over time.
What's an "AI action"?
Each time the assistant does something for you: drafts a reminder, answers a client's question, or checks a file they sent. If you reach your plan's monthly allowance, reminders use a plain template, questions come to you and files aren't checked until next month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect right away, and moving between monthly and yearly happens from the billing page. If you move to a smaller plan, nothing is deleted; you just can't add past its limits.
Do my clients need to sign up or pay?
No. Clients use a private link from your emails. They never need an account, a password or an app.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page whenever you like. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You can update your card and download invoices yourself.
